Solid Bundles Privacy Policy

What we store

Solid Bundles stores the configuration you create in the app: bundle definitions (products, quantities, prices) and quantity-break rules, keyed to your shop's domain, plus the OAuth session Shopify issues to run the app. That's it.

What we do not store

We do not store your customers' personal data. No names, emails, addresses, payment details, or order histories are read or persisted by this app. The app works with your products, bundle configuration, and discounts only.

Where data lives

App data is hosted in the European Union. Data in transit is encrypted (TLS). Access is limited to the app's operator.

Data deletion

Uninstalling the app revokes its access immediately. Your stored configuration is deleted automatically when Shopify sends the shop-redaction request after uninstall (typically within 48 hours), or earlier on request.

Compliance webhooks

The app implements Shopify's mandatory privacy webhooks (customers/data_request, customers/redact, shop/redact). Because no customer personal data is stored, customer data requests and redactions complete trivially; shop redaction purges all stored configuration.
